Documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, stored in CBAIQ’s managed cloud infrastructure, and associated only with your workspace. They are processed solely to answer your questions and are never visible outside your workspace.
Access is restricted to named users (seats) in your workspace, each with their own credentials. Organization plans add SSO and audit exports.
CBAIQ indexes your agreement at the article and clause level. When you ask a question, it retrieves the most relevant passages from your document and generates an answer grounded in those passages — citing the specific article language it relied on, so every answer is verifiable against the source.
Grounding answers in your agreement’s text dramatically reduces — but does not eliminate — the risk of AI error. When a question goes beyond what your documents can answer or carries significant legal risk, CBAIQ says so and recommends consulting your labour relations advisors or legal counsel. Always verify cited language before acting.
